Why Counselling?

It may be separation or loss that has brought you to this point. Perhaps you are suffering from depression, anxiety or relationship difficulties. It may be past traumas that are affecting you. It could be a vague sense of dissatisfaction and a search for a greater sense of meaning that is the source of your discomfort.

Whatever the issue, working with a skilled counsellor can guide you through periods of difficulty and change towards a deeper understanding of yourself.
